2010 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (AUGUST 2-6, 6PM - 8:30PM)
In Group's EGYPT: JOSEPH'S JOURNEY FROM PRISON TO PALACE, your child will learn of God's great love for them for His significant plan for their life! Calvary's EGYPT VBS runs from August 2-6, 2010, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. EGYPT VBS is for children who are 4 years old (and potty trained) through rising 6th-graders. There will be games, crafts, songs, and of course, lots and lots of fun!
There is NO COST to attend EGYPT VBS at Calvary Church, but we do ask that you send each child with a plain white T-shirt (if able) so that they can decorate it during the craft portion of the VBS. We'll have a limited number of extra shirts available.
It takes many volunteers to run a great VBS experience. Free nursery/toddler care is provided for the children of VBS volunteers. If you would be willing to serve as an adult volunteer, please indicate your availability on the registration form below.

VBS PERMISSION AND CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT (PARENT/GUARDIAN)
I give permission for the registered child to participate in all described VBS activities except as noted in the registration form. I give permission for photos to be taken of my child for the purposes of celebration and promotion. I also give my permission for the registered child to be given first aid in case of emergency, including permission to be taken to the Emergency Department of a local hospital if an injury is serious enough to require medical attention. I waive and release Calvary Church and anyone involved in the VBS program of any liabilities or claims in association with anything that might occur while my child is attending EGYPT VBS, August 2 - 6, 2010. (Please initial the required field in the registration form below; parents or guardians will be required to sign the waiver upon checking in their registered child at VBS.)
