Our Theology on Giving

Financial giving at Calvary can be divided into two categories: tithes and offerings. The Bible teaches that tithing is an act of worship and shows gratitude for God’s financial provision. Tithing dedicates the first 10% of income back to His church so the work may continue. Any giving beyond the tithe is considered an offering. The ministry of Calvary Church is funded by God's provision through the tithes and offerings of faithful partners and attendees.

“Bring the full tenth into the storehouse so that there may be food in my house. Test me in this way,” says the Lord of Armies. “See if I will not open the floodgates of heaven and pour out a blessing for you without measure.” Malachi 3:10

When & Where Can I Give?

  • Give online ANYTIME using your debit card or electronic check on Calvary's database.

  • Drop your personal checks and cash in the offering box during any Sunday morning service.

  • Mail a personal check to the Calvary Church office at 8220 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003.

How Will I Receive My Annual Giving Statement?

You can sign into Calvary's database to view your contributions and print a statement any time. If you require a paper copy mailed to you, please contact the church office at info@calvary-church.org.

Calvary's Finance Team’s mission is to ensure that God's provisions are honored by exercising wise and faithful stewardship, ethical business practices, and full accountability so the financial integrity of Calvary remains beyond reproach.
